Robert and Patricia Boswell purchased Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. in March of 2023.

Robert is Owner/President, Principal Broker and Principal Auctioneer. After 20 years in aerospace sales and contracts Robert completed Auctioneers school in 2020 and began working with Hanson Realty and Auction Co. under the guidance of company founder Wendell Hanson. Robert is a member of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the National Association of Realtors, and the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.

Patricia is Owner and Licensed Affiliate Broker. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. Patricia joined Hanson Realty and Auction in 2022 after 32 years in the banking industry where she specialized in investments, mortgage lending and personal finance.
